Im Falle einer Stornierung bis 2 Monate vor Veranstaltung wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 20 € erhoben. Im Falle einer Stornierung bis 1 Monat vor Veranstaltung werden 50 % (mindestens aber 50 €) der Gesamtgebühr berechnet. Danach oder bei Nicht-Anreise ohne Stornierung werden 100 % der Teilnahmegebühr fällig. Stornierungen müssen zwingend in schriftlicher Form erfolgen.
