In case of cancellation until 2 months prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 20.00 € will be charged. In case of cancellation until 1 month prior to the event 50% of the total amount will be charged (with a minimum fee of 50.00 €). After that date or in case of no-show without cancellation, 100% will be charged. Cancellations require written form.
