The certification of the event is requested from the State Chamber of Physicians of Saxony.

Single room per night including breakfast                 128,50 €

The cancellation or modifications of a reservation must always be confirmed in writing. 

No Shows (non-cancelled rooms):
In case of no-show – if a guest does not show up for the hotel room as per the reservation – the room will be charged in full.

Im Falle einer Stornierung bis 2 Monate vor Veranstaltung wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 20 € erhoben. Im Falle einer Stornierung bis 1 Monat vor Veranstaltung werden 50 % (mindestens aber 50 €) der Gesamtgebühr berechnet. Danach oder bei Nicht-Anreise ohne Stornierung werden 100 % der Teilnahmegebühr fällig. Stornierungen müssen zwingend in schriftlicher Form erfolgen.
