In the event of cancellation by 31.01.2024, a processing fee of €50 plus 19% VAT will be charged. In the event of cancellation by 29.02.2024, 50% (but at least € 50) of the total fee plus 19% VAT will be charged. Thereafter, or in the event of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the participation fee will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing.
